Privacy Policy
This NDT Work Log software program for mobile devices, developed by Aircraft Structural Inspections, LLC, governs your application use. The tool enables users to log nondestructive testing work information, such as test techniques performed and accumulated time. Users can track the on-the-job experience required for certification by creating reports from the gathered data.

Information Provided by the User
When you download the Application, no information about you is collected. Only after the Application has been downloaded does the user-provided data get stored. Instead of being uploaded to a web server, this data is kept on the user’s mobile device. All user-provided information will also be removed if the user deletes the Application from their mobile device. Information about the user won’t be saved in any records. Any data kept on a user’s mobile device is the user’s responsibility.

Automatic Information Collecting
The Application may automatically collect certain information, such as but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, the unique device ID of your mobile device, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the kind of mobile Internet browsers you use, and data regarding how you use the Application.

Access to information collected by the Application by third parties
To help us improve the Application and our service, only aggregated, anonymized data is regularly shared with outside providers. Only the methods outlined in this privacy statement will be used to share your information with third parties.

User-provided and automatically collected data that we may make public include:

• in compliance with a subpoena or other comparable legal process as required by law;
• if we have a good faith belief that disclosing the information is necessary to comply with a government request, to investigate fraud, to protect your or other’s safety, or to protect our rights;
• the dependable service providers that carry out tasks for us are prohibited from using the data we disclose to them for their purposes. We have agreed to follow the guidelines outlined in this privacy statement.
• If Aircraft Structural Inspections, LLC changes ownership or uses of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and conspicuous notice on our website of any such change in ownership or usage, as well as of any options you may have regarding this information.

User’s opt-out rights
By uninstalling the Application, the user can quickly delete the data that has been saved on their mobile device. You can use the usual uninstall procedures that may be included with your mobile device or accessible through the network or marketplace for mobile applications.

Data Retention Policy and Information Management

We will keep user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable amount of time afterward. We may save automatically collected data in aggregate after the initial 24 months of storage. Contact us at customerservice@asindt.com if you want us to remove User Provided Data you sent us through the Application, and we’ll get back to you in a reasonable amount of time. Please be aware that for the Application to operate effectively, some or all of the User Provided Data may be necessary.

Changes in Policy
For any reason, this privacy statement may be modified from time to time. We’ll let you know any time we make changes to our privacy policy by posting the updated privacy policy here. You are urged to review this privacy statement frequently for updates since continuous usage will signify your agreement to all revisions.

Security
Your information’s confidentiality is something we take seriously. We offer physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the data we process and maintain. For instance, we only allow approved personnel and contractors who require access to the information to work on, create, or enhance our product. Please be advised that no security system can completely prevent potential security breaches, despite our best efforts to provide reasonable protection for the information we process and keep.

Your Consent
You agree that we may treat your information as described in this Privacy Policy at the time of use and as we may modify it. The term “processing” refers to the use of cookies on a computer or mobile device as well as any other use or handling of data, including but not limited to the gathering, storing, erasing, using, combining, and revealing of data, all of which will take place in the United States. Your information will be transported, processed, and kept outside of the US if you live there, following US privacy standards.
